Professional journalists, authors of publications, photo-reports and TV-materials, placed in federal, regional and district mass media, can become participants.
The contest is held in the following categories: “Best TV story,” “Best material in a printed publication,” “Best material in the Internet media.
In determining the winners will be taken into account the originality of the material, relevance and completeness of the disclosure of the chosen journalist theme. Equally important is the quality of used audio and video.
