The basis of successful development of any large company is young qualified personnel. Thanks to their knowledge, modern approaches and energy, high production results are achieved.
It is customary in the Vologda Timber Industry Group of Companies to honor young employees who have proven themselves in their professional activities. In this connection, for the second year in a row, a competition for the title of “Best Young Employee” is held.
This title can be awarded to workers, specialists and managers under 35 years of age with a total length of service of not less than 1 year in the Group of Companies or at the enterprises, which are a part of the Group of Companies. When selecting candidates, special attention is paid to their high professional achievements, efficient work and great contribution to improving work with young people.
In 2021 the “Best Young Employee” honorary titles were awarded to Anastasia Kozlova, accountant of JSC Vologodskiye Lesopromyshlenniki Group, Alexey Shulginov, skidder operator of Sitinsky forestry unit of CJSC Vozhega-Les, Aleksey Shulginov, head of lumber sorting shop of LLC LDK №2 Aleksandr Tormozov, operator of the aggregate sorting and log processing lines of Kharovsklesprom LLC Aleksandr Osokin, quality specialist of the commercial department of CJSC Avstrofor Natalya Nachinkina, senior inspector of the logging production (lower landing, Svetlana Ipatova, OJSC Lomovatka-Les, Roman Khorobrov, skidder operator for CJSC Onegalesprom, Irina Ovsyankina, Lawyer at LLC Verkhovazhieles, Anton Zaitsev, foreman of loading and unloading operations at CJSC Onego-Transles.
