The Gryazovets Polytechnic College hosted meetings between students and employees of VokhtogaLesDrev LLC, former graduates of the electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.
The company’s employees shared their experience with the younger generation: they talked about their student years and industrial practice, about their professional career and how VokhtogaLesDrev is developing.
“The plant is being modernized, the reconstruction in the shops is going at a fast pace, new equipment is being installed, the output of products is increasing, so we need competent specialists. We are waiting for you!” – shared Roman Mazilov.
Students also learned that many graduates of the technical school, get higher professional education and occupy senior positions.
“Come to us for industrial practice and after graduation from the technical school for permanent work. If the plant develops, so will our Vokhtoga!” – Alexander Razgulyaev said at the end of the meeting.
