Employees of joint ventures* LLC “VokhtogaLesDrev” and LLC “Plitvud” expressed their desire to become voluntary assistants of the Vologda Oblast Ministry of Internal Affairs. The first druzhina received an official document – “Certificate of inclusion of a people’s druzhina or public association of law enforcement orientation in the regional register of people’s druzhinas and public associations.

Interaction between the parties involves the creation of such voluntary people’s squads. The main task of the voluntary people’s squads will be joint inspections of violations of existing legislation, exchange of information on issues of mutual interest.

«There are many conscious employees at our enterprises who have expressed a desire to join voluntary people’s guard units to protect public order and assist law enforcement agencies. Instruction of the squad has already begun. Volunteers have undergone theoretical and practical training. The first six activists will be involved in the protection of public order with police units, participate in the search for missing persons, conduct safety classes at school and at their businesses.».
