The best HR projects and actual experience of HR colleagues were adopted by professionals on October 13-14 at the XXIII Summit of HR-Directors of Russia and the CIS

This year it was held together with the II Forum “Sustainable Development of Territories and Human Potential”.

The event was attended by Oksana Yakovleva, Director of Communications, Organizational Development and Human Resources of the Group of Companies:

“This is one of the key professional events of autumn for HR-managers. This year experts from such companies as Gazprom Neft, RZD, Rosatom, Sberbank, NorNickel, Alfa-Bank and X5 Retail Group told the participants about the main trends, strategic challenges and transformation of organizations in 2022. Much attention was paid to the specifics of managing organizations and human resources in an era of great change and uncertainty, the digitalization of HR and business processes, labor market dynamics, and changing requirements for executive skills and competencies.

Participants of the Summit were offered the actual tools of HR work, practices of ESG agenda implementation and human-centered approach. There were presented HR cases and realized ESG projects. Specialists were able to discuss new tasks of top management and HR functions.
