Personnel specialists of “Vologda timber industry workers” improved their professional skills and competences at the course “Anti-crisis HR. How to save and increase the company’s finances”.

The course included mini-lectures, interactive practical exercises, solutions of real cases, and feedback from experts.

The course program touched upon various aspects of the HR profession. During the first class, students tried their hand as moderators: “pumped” the ability to organize the work of the employees at the meetings, techniques of interaction management and decision-making algorithm. At the second session, they learned how to work better with the manager. The third meeting helped participants evaluate the impact of changes on their business and how to manage these changes. At the final session we considered the questions that arise for HR-specialists in the financial sector.

The course experts have a good understanding of both the market situation and mentality of Vologda citizens, and they are ready to share their experience. Olesya Miklyaeva, development director and HR consultant, Elena Dubinenkova, PhD in psychology and business trainer, and Alena Glinina, HR-partner of Rostelecom, worked as speakers with course participants.

“We have long matured the idea of creating such a program specifically for HR-specialists. Earlier we had meetings with the specialists and touched upon the subject of the labor market in Vologda, identified the problems of today, and in this course we highlight particularly burning issues. When there are crises in the world, as a rule, the HR sphere faces a great burden. In the course “Anti-Crisis HR” we give tools of how to work in the crisis situation. Also one of our tasks is to increase the value of employees, to give them confidence, “pump up” and expand their skills, “- said the organizers of the course.
