The responsibilities of Sergey Alexandrovich include the organization of planning and control over the execution of the cash flow budget, income and expenditure budget, execution of the financial result and much more.
With the direct participation of Sergey Alexandrovich the financing of the priority investment project “Reconstruction of LLC Kharovsklesprom production” was carried out.
From 2013 to 2017 he was a Deputy, Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Kharovsk Municipal Council, Deputy of the Kharovsky District Municipal Assembly. He takes an active part in sporting events, is a multiple winner of the mini-football tournament as a member of the Kharovsklesprom team.
