This week, representatives of the management and co-owners of the German company “Dieffenbacher GMBH” visited the Group of companies “Vologda timber industry”, Cherepovets plywood and furniture plant and their joint ventures.
The main purpose of the working visit of the German delegation was to discuss issues of further cooperation in the strategic development of LLC ShKDP and LLC VokhtogaLesDrev, the founders of which are JSC Group of Companies VLP and JSC CFMK. In particular, they talked about modernization of the chipboard line, MDF line and increase of laminated chipboard production at LLC SchKDP, as well as modernization of the chip sorting area, press equipment and lamination area at LLC VohtogaLesDrev.
During the visit of foreign colleagues to ShKDP and VokhtogaLesDrev LLC the audit of the current state of production facilities was carried out. Technical specialists of Dieffenbacher company got acquainted with the production technology, found out the actual figures to calculate the technological indicators and modes. In the course of diagnostics they pointed out the problematic sides and presented the directions of solutions that would increase the production capacity of the existing equipment.
During the visit there were also working meetings between representatives of Dieffenbacher, Vologda Timber Group management and JSC CFMK. Attention was paid to the issues of Russian-German cooperation, in particular – strategic directions of further work, contract conditions and financing.
