The rating of the best employers in the country according to the online recruiting platform hh.ru 2022 has been published. The rating consists of four categories. Vologodskiye Lesopromyshlenniki Group of Companies was included in “Large companies” with the number of employees from 1001 to 5000 people. Based on the results of the sum of the three assessments, VLP became a finalist in the rating. The experts evaluated the effectiveness of the HR department, as well as taking into account the opinion of company employees and the opinion of job seekers.
